  Register: To register with WinU, enter your phone number. After entering the 5-digit one-time code sent to your phone number, create your password to complete registration. Log in: Enter your password to log in. When a user registers with WinU, the password created by the user is stored in the system. The system encrypts and encodes the password, so no one other than the user can know it. If you forgot your password, tap “Reset password” and enter the verification code sent to your registered phone number. Then create a new password and log in.

• 2. How do I sign an agreement and start cooperating?

  After reviewing and accepting the terms of service, you can create your online branch on the WinU business social platform.

• 3. How can businesses create an online branch?

  To create an online branch, you must first register as a user. Users can tap the create button to create their business page, add company information and product details, create a catalog and add prices, mark their business location on the map, set working days and hours, and increase sales by publishing posts and reels for their products and services.

• 4. What is the service fee?

  A commission is automatically calculated for each successfully delivered order or service. For orders paid with payment methods other than installment payment tools, a 5% (five percent) commission is automatically calculated from the total order amount.

• 5. What are paid services and how can I use them?

  You can use paid services such as featuring your products and services, purchasing banners, and uploading reels by paying in advance. Paid services help support sales and show your products and services to more users and organizations.

• 6. Where can I view successfully paid order information?

  If you are a buyer, you can view your purchase list by tapping the notes icon located above the cart in the market section. • How can I withdraw income from my wallet to my linked bank account? Sales revenue for businesses that have created an online branch is transferred to their registered bank account twice a month. • How is delivery handled? After a successful order is created, delivery is made by Mongol Post to the ordered address within 24 hours in Ulaanbaatar, within 3-4 days to the centers of the 21 provinces, and within 5-7 days to soums. • Can organizations operating outside Ulaanbaatar join and cooperate with WinU?
