    Register: To register with WinU, enter your phone number. After entering the 5-digit one-time code sent to your phone number, create your password to complete registration. Log in: Enter your password to log in. When a user registers with WinU, the password created by the user is stored in the system. The system encrypts and encodes the password, so no one other than the user can know it. If you forgot your password, tap “Reset password” and enter the verification code sent to your registered phone number. Then create a new password and log in.

    After reviewing and accepting the terms of service, you can create your online branch on the WinU business social platform.

  • 3. How can businesses create an online branch?

    To create an online branch, you must first register as a user. Users can tap the create button to create their business page, add company information and product details, create a catalog and add prices, mark their business location on the map, set working days and hours, and increase sales by publishing posts and reels for their products and services.

    A commission is automatically calculated for each successfully delivered order or service. For orders paid with payment methods other than installment payment tools, a 5% (five percent) commission is automatically calculated from the total order amount.
